Shipping Policy

This policy applies to procurement (US). This policy is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. After placing an order in our store, please read carefully.

Shipping, processing and order deadlines:

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day.

Regions we ship to:

Please note that currently we do not support international shipping, our products can only be shipped to the USA. Please make sure your shipping address is within the USA.


All product prices on our site already include taxes and fees, what you see is the actual price you need to pay, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping fee:

We offer free delivery on all orders over $50. We charge a flat delivery fee of  $6.99 for orders under $50. 

Cancel the order:

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.

Change address or phone number:

You need to contact us at and update us with the new shipping address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address. Similarly, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped.

Please Note: We are not responsible for the following non-delivery issues:

1. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
2. Incorrect address
3. No such person at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient
